IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING DIET: Egypt is not very well organised when it comes to this. In case you have allergies or are gluten intolerant please make sure you bring plenty of extra food and / or snacks yourself that you do tolerate. Also, when it comes to meals, it can be good to know (for all participants) that meals happen to be at irregular times. So not only those who have intolerances and allergies are being adviced to bring extra snacks, but for all participants this can be smart (in case you 'can eat anything' you can of course also buy extra food / snacks in Egypt)
