EARTH | LIGHT CODE MEDITATION MAT – The Earth Code is wonderful! Usually I don’t like ‘things that help you ground’ at all, while I love the country and prefer to walk barefoot on the earth. But this one! Places me completely in the here and now in a harmonious way. I feel a calmness, objectivity is a word that comes to mind – no idea why, a purposefulness – such an earthly force. A self-assurance that comes from balance. Yes, it puts me in my power. Or anchors me in it.
