This is what I sense when tuning into the month of July.
I see the most beautiful clear, shimmering, sparkling water. When I was doing a three day Vision Quest dry fast on Mount Shasta in 2020, I was guided into Telos, the crystal city inside the mountain, three times. During the second journey, I was taken to a place with the purest water I have ever experienced. It was like liquid light. I was bathed in it by precious women in white. An experience that I will always cherish in my heart.
Exactly that kind of pristine healing water is what I’m sensing right now. We’re being bathed in it. The sparkling drops make the sound of little bells, waking up your cells. Cells that have become clogged are being freed again, able to move freely through the space of your wonderful body.
Wherever you feel, or have felt, heaviness in the last period of time can gently open to more light. Your body, mind and spirit can brighten, making space for all the colorful frequencies that are touching our collective consciousness this month.
The process works both ways. On the one hand, you are receiving a massive wave of upgrading cosmic frequencies, and on the other hand, the pristine water keeps flowing, cleansing whatever is being released in the process. In and out, in and out.
You are being surrounded by the loving presence of beings in white. They are taking care of you as much as you take care of yourself. The more you open up to their mystical magic, the more they can share their love, wisdom and pure connection with you.
So that’s the focus. Taking care of yourself in a way that supports the living light frequencies you are receiving this month. If everything is frequency, ask yourself: What frequencies do your thoughts carry? The food you choose to eat? The people you surround yourself with? Does it resonate with the radiant presence of these beautiful beings in white? Does it all support your upliftment? And whenever something uncomfortable arises, can you still care for yourself and hold that sacred presence while you ride the waves?
I see these incoming high frequency waves as fields of love that lift us up and carry us into a new octave. Of course, we have been receiving upgrades for quite some time now, but this month feels especially pivotal. It can guide you into a new chapter, lifting you out of murky waters and bringing your living field into greater harmony with your soul’s natural rhythm.

Thema van Juli | Vloeibaar licht
Dit is wat ik waarneem wanneer ik intune op de maand juli.
Ik zie het meest heldere, glinsterende, sprankelende water. Tijdens een driedaagse Vision Quest dry fast op Mount Shasta in 2020 werd ik drie keer meegenomen naar Telos, de kristalstad binnen in de berg. Tijdens de tweede reis werd ik naar een plek gebracht met het zuiverste, helende water dat ik ooit heb ervaren. Het was als vloeibaar licht. Ik werd erin gebaad door liefdevolle vrouwen in het wit. Een ervaring die ik voor altijd in mijn hart koester.
Precies dat soort kristalheldere water zie ik nu. We worden erin gebaad. De sprankelende druppels klinken als kleine belletjes die je cellen wakker maken. Cellen die zijn samengeklonterd, worden weer bevrijd, zodat ze zich vrij kunnen bewegen door de ruimte van je oh zo mooie lichaam.
Daar waar je de afgelopen tijd zwaarte hebt gevoeld, of nog steeds voelt, kan het weer wat lichter worden. Je lichaam, geest en ziel kunnen zich openen en verruimen, waardoor er ruimte ontstaat voor alle kleurrijke frequenties die ons collectieve bewustzijn aanraken.
Het proces werkt twee kanten op. Aan de ene kant ontvang je een enorme golf van opwaarderende kosmische frequenties, en aan de andere kant blijft het kristalheldere water stromen en schoonspoelen wat je tijdens het proces loslaat.
Je wordt omringd door de liefdevolle aanwezigheid van wezens in het wit. Ze zorgen voor je, zoveel als jij voor jezelf zorgt. Hoe meer je je opent voor hun mystieke magie, hoe meer zij hun liefde, wijsheid en pure verbinding met je kunnen delen.
Dit is dan ook de uitnodiging. Goed voor jezelf zorgen op een manier die de opname ondersteunt van de levende lichtfrequenties die je deze maand ontvangt. Als alles frequentie is, vraag jezelf dan af: Welke frequenties dragen je gedachten? Het voedsel dat je kiest? De mensen met wie je je omringt? Resoneert het met de stralende aanwezigheid van deze beings in het wit? Draagt alles bij aan een liefdevolle ontplooiing van je wezen? En wanneer er iets ongemakkelijks naar boven borrelt, lukt het je dan nog steeds om zorgzaam voor jezelf te blijven en die pure aanwezigheid bij je te dragen terwijl je op de golven meebeweegt?
Ik zie deze binnenkomende hoogfrequente golven als velden van liefde die ons optillen en meenemen naar een nieuw octaaf. Natuurlijk ontvangen we al een hele tijd allerlei upgrades, maar deze maand voelt als markant. Ze kan je meenemen naar een nieuw hoofdstuk, je optillen uit de troebele wateren en je levende veld meer in harmonie brengen met het natuurlijke ritme van je ziel.
